Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, unless the product is damaged during shipping.

Damages

When you receive your order, please inspect it carefully and contact us immediately at ecommerce@spiceworldinc.com if an item you received is damaged or leaking. Please include your order number and photographs of your damaged product. We will work with you to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Incorrect or missing items

In the rare event that an item is missing from your shipment, please contact us immediately at ecommerce@spiceworldinc.com with your order number and the information on the missing item. We will ship you any product you are missing.
